Simpolo Vitrified Tiles 800×800 mm – Product Review

Simpolo Vitrified tiles, the finest quality Vitrified tiles largely used in Modern India. The name is derived from its manufacturing company Simpolo. Simpolo Vitrified tiles are majorly used to cover larger areas. They are used as flooring and walls for residential and commercial purposes like big homes, offices, airports, hotels, etc. Simpolo Vitrified tiles are known for innovation and subtleness brought in its design, style and features.

Features

Simpolo Vitrified tiles are scratchproof.
Simpolo Vitrified tiles undergo additional process where and extra layer of coating takes place while it’s manufacturing making them liquid resistant. These tiles also are chemical resitant and stain free. Neither the glaze of the tile is not lost, nor is discolouration seen when chemicals spill on it.

Design and Price

Simpolo Vitrified tiles are available with wide range of unique designs to choose from. The 7 basic designs like Tropicana, Matrix, Marbella, Honeycomb, Almond and Signature series apart from the Plain Creama are easily available with colour choices. Simpolo Vitrified tiles are value for money and are reasonably priced compared to other premium brands available in market.
Simpolo vitrified tiles are available in larger sizes like 800 mm x800 mm and more which are perfect for homes today. With small tiles flooring or wall will have more joints and looks unpolished. Big size tiles look much elegant and grand as compared to small size tiles with lesser joints.

Usually when you go to buy these tiles, you have to buy a box. Each box will have 3 Simpolo Vitrified tiles. While getting you flooring/ wall done, its best to buy 3-4 boxes more tiles then required as you may not get the same shade/colour tile again. This happens because at a time only 1 shade/colour is manufactured. So if one tile is chipped or stained, you can replace with same shade tile otherwise your flooring elegance will be lost. The colour or shade of the tile depends on the temperature achieved on bhatti while its manufacturing. Its difficult to achieve the same temperature again later on. Thus with temperature change, the shade of the tile also changes. We therefore suggest you to always buy 3-4 boxes extra while purchasing.

I would like to know the difference between Project quality and Premium quality in double charge floor tiles which I noticed on Simoplo packing boxes

These terms cannot be generalised. Best is to call up some dealer of simpolo & get it confirmed. Premium as name suggests is best quality tiles you can buy. Project quality sometimes can mean limited options available or it can mean low priced but should be bought in larger quantity.

Which brand is better in tiles RAK, nitco, kajaria or simpolo? And what are rate differences?

Each of them are good. Kajaria has vast range, RAK has excellent options on premium side, Simpolo extremely reliable. You can pretty much go with any of these companies provided you like some design & fits your price range.

I wish to know features of Simpolo vitrified tiles and how to maintain them to retain shine and quality in the long-term

simpolo tiles as good as any branded tiles available in market. Infact simpolo lot of times makes tiles which are sold in boxes of other popular brand. All good quaities of ceramic or vitrified tiles in general.

I am planning to buy Topbox Brown floor tiles of Simpolo. Some of the dealers are telling that it is a local Gujrat company and the quality of the products are not good and suggesting to go with the branded products viz. Kajaria, RAK or OBL etc. Can you suggest me whether I should go for the same or rethink for the other suggested brand. Expecting your honest suggestion.

What is difference project tiles and standard tiles in simpolo

    • contractorbhai 30 May 2016 at 7:52 am - Reply

well not specific to Simpolo, but my answer is in general for any branded or non-branded tiles : Project tiles are known for not being as impressive as top retail quality tiles. Builders buy in bulk & are looking for cost cutting. Whereas when you re-do your house, you want to use best. Officially no company differentiates any tiles, but a good reputed retailer will always carry best ones.

Simpolo tiles are value for money. They are equally good as Kajaria. If you like tiles you see & are of good quality then go for it.

Simpolo is not popular brand but it also makes tiles for many other popular brands.

      RAK are better but costlier.

OBL I have no experience .

Instead of worrying about brands, I would suggest to worry more about lot which you are buying. Verify worth shop owner that lot is of good quality & not builder (project) quality.

Shopkeepers tend to influence decision depending upon what product they want to sell.
