what is difference between ceramic tiles & vitrified tiles ?

Ceramic Tiles in general means all tiles made using Ceramic material. Vitrified tiles are ceramic tiles which have gone through additional step of vitrification. In simple words this is an advance form of baking tiles after a extra layer applied on top of tiles.

Before Vitrified Tiles became common ceramic tiles were widely used.

Avoid using ceramic tiles on floor, ceramic tiles are ok to use on walls
