it is in pune. My flat both from living room and bed room has a beautiful lake view. I plan to renovate it. The approximate area of the flat is 600 sqare feet including terrace.

For this flat you can give courtyard look. Lake view you already have. use rustic flooring, canwood furniture and on wall little rough sketching and painting with this you can create a goa look

In miraroad bascially if you are going with wooden frame for window dont do that, make marble window and for sliding use PVC material because miraroad atmoshphere is very slaty so when you use wooden frame it will not long last. and in aluminium it will increase your maintanance cost. for that use UPVC material. It is the best for this atmosohere and maintanance free.

Home, Living Room, Kitchen and Roof

First of all I would like to thank you for making this awesome site and the info is very helpful. I wonder if you can also help me getting few things done this Diwali. I want to do false ceiling (maybe POP) decoration for my living room which is like 25ft long and 15 ft in breadth. Gypsum False ceiling also to be done for my two small rooms on roof (dimensions 13×11 sq. ft. and 13×8 sq ft). Secondly I want to do a small modular kitchen L-shaped with 7.5ft by 4.5ft. Lastly, I want painting to be done specially for my living room.

For living room false ceiling go with gypsum ot POP, gypsum is better than POP. L shaped kitchen buy ready made or make on order(on site). For painting use luter for whole flat and specially for living room select dark colour for highlight and texture as per concept.

False ceiling with LED lighting

Drawing room- 25*15 feet approx. Bed Rooms(2)- 12*12 feet.
(False ceiling with LED lighting including additional electrical work for lighting if reqd.)

When you design false ceiling, basically what we do is elecric lighting and music system if required in false ceiling with indirect LED strip light is needed. otherwise if you want to use at some places than you can use the cutwork acrylic sheet or ready made steel plated are also vailable in size of 8’x4′, you can aslo use this with cutting as a center island, around fan and above dinning table. or you can design as per lights.
