Well if you are planning to renovate your homes or for new homes, always have following elements in your homes –
• We Indian’s usually place lights in window or balcony during festive season. To avoid those hanging wires of extension board and messy look, have an electric connection taken outside upper side window or one of the walls of balcony. The switch needs to be reachable though. Also check the position of socket. It shall not get wet during monsoons especially.
• For additional lighting inside homes, always have extra electric sockets at 2 different areas in a room to create a festive ambiance.
• For additional decorations inside homes, have small hooks or similar accessory at corners of house to hang decorations. For home owners who have False Ceiling, you can have the hooks installed inside the false ceiling so that it is not visible to eyes.
