What is the difference between handheld spray and butterfly jet? And which is more durable?

Hand held spray or Health faucet is a triggered nozzle that delivers a spray of water to help cleaning/washing after toilet use. It is placed in a holder that is fitted to the wall on the right hand side of toilet. It is connected from the faucet/tap via a short pipe.

Whereas butterfly jet is a metallic strip with a small hole (nozzle) casted at the center. This butterfly jet rests on the WC base at back. The nozzle or the small hole in center is like an outlet that provides a water jet for cleansing the body after toilet use. Seat jet/ Butterfly jet is combined with a connection pipe and a valve.

As compared to butterfly jet, hand-held spray easily gets damaged. This is because Washer (pronounced in hindi as वाइसर ) is present in the hand held spray. And the more you use a Washer faucet, sooner it gets worn out/ damaged. You therefore face water leakage less water pressure problem from hand held spray.

Which is more in trend handheld spray or butterfly spray?

Handheld spray is preferred by most modern home-owners. Butterfly is very rarely asked for.

How is butterfly spray different from handheld spray in function (use)?

While using handheld spray the water pressure can be controlled by the user. Whereas for butterfly jet spray, when the faucet is turned on, water flows with high pressure/ force. Because of water pressure, water splashes on toilet seat and sometime outside too. There are complaints of skin getting damage too because of the water pressure that flows from the butterfly jet. Therefore we suggest handheld jet spray to all home-owners.
