Variants of Panels

USG Boral drywalls uses a number of variants of plasterboard. These variants serve different purpose for walls and ceilings.

• Fiberock AT AR Interior Panel – Fiberock interior panel is an all-purpose plasterboard that endures abuse like high impact, water, etc. It’s innovation composition offers effective water, nodule, penetration and indentation resistance that no other drywallsolution can match.

The water resistant feature makes it suitable to be used in wet areas like showers and tub surroundings.

• USG Boral ImpacBorad – USG Boral Impac board interior panel is specially formulated gypsum board that offers high resistance to abrasion, scraping gouging and indentation on the surface. These features of Impac board reduces damage and maintenance cost.

USG Boral Impac board provides better strength, sound insulation and fire resistance to partitions as compared to other standard board partitions.

• USG Boral Ecobloc panel – These boards reduces echo and absorbs sound through round and square holes with a fibre matt. Mainly used for walls and ceilings in open plan areas, where there’s a need to absorb sound so that there’s no disturbance.

• USG Boral MoistBloc panel – USG Boral Moistbloc is specially developed for interior walls and ceilings in wet area rooms like bathrooms, behind sink areas, shower cubicles, etc. This board is applied to the wall framing and acts as a moisture resistant substrate for ceramic ceiling tile surface in required areas.

• USG Boral FireBloc panel –Ideal for interior walls, ceilings, beams and column for residential and commercial purposes. This board is specially developed and used for, in fire rated applications.Firebloc board in single and multiple layers provide variety of fire rated acoustical performances.

Recognized by its pink color, USG Boral Firebloc board is best suited for computer rooms, elevators, fire escape stair and building interiors walls.

• USG Boral HeatBloc boards – With aluminum foil firmly bonded to the back, USG Boral Heatbloc offers extra heat penetration control. It is best suited for areas that require high control of natural heat like ceiling panels under roof, loft and walls that directly face the sun rays.

USG Gypsum Board Ceiling

USG Boral Gypsum board can be used for both ceiling as well as walls without a beam structure. As a drywall system, it can be quickly installed leaving no duct to the area. Also the repair and demolition work can easily and simply be processed with minimum disturbance to surrounding area.
